Strides for Strength

Michaela and Erin are RRCA certified run coaches and Registered Nurses by degree! The Strides for Strength podcast is where running meets everyday life. We focus on mindset, physical strength and all of life’s in between moments of self doubt and fear both on and off the run. Our mission is to make running SIMPLE and FUN while we pull back the curtains around all things running tips, tricks, motivation and lifestyle with athlete interviews, guest experts combined with our many years of running experience going from non runners to now multiple time marathoners to help you become the athlete you were always meant to be.

Hi I’m Erin! I’ve been running for around 4 years. My first race was the Peachtree Road Race 10 in Atlanta. I hated every minute of it. Then I signed up for a half marathon (because maybe I’ll like it if I have to go further 🤷🏼‍♀️) and I actually fell in love with the sport from then on. I love hiking with my pups and traveling the world any chance I get. I drink way too many Celsius and maybe one day I'll cut back. I live in Atlanta and eat hills everyday for breakfast ;)

My name is Michaela! I am full time travel nurse, RRCA certified run coach, dog mom, nature obsessed, 25 year old! I went from a non runner to a now multiple time marathoner- I have learned SO MUCH along the way and I love helping others reaching their potential FASTER than I was able to! When I'm not running you can probably find me in my hammock or on my paddle board soaking up the sunshine!
